Today we learnt how the CREATE step of learning is such a powerful part of learn/create/share as students have to show their understanding in a way that gets them thinking and exploring their ideas to show in a creative way that makes sense to them.
We then explored some blogs from students who created slides, videos or other media to show their learning. This was interesting to see the many ways students could convey their ideas.
We learnt to use various functions in google drawings and google slides and made our own ‘about me’ for our blog page.
For our create task I chose to learn how to make a pick a path on google slides. I have never done this before and learning how to link between slides will certainly be a time saver when I am creating my own slides for the classroom.
Check out my pick a path slides below that, when finished I will be able to use with my class who are working on good playground ettiquette. I have started with some common playground scenarios where students can choose from two actions they might take.
